How does shipping work and what happens if I'm not home on the day of delivery?
An initial delivery will be made to the indicated shipping address and if you are not there at the time of delivery, the courier will try to post a note through your letterbox. It is not always possible to leave a note, as sometimes the courier cannot access the main entrance or the residential complex. After this first delivery attempt, the distribution office for your area will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If you are also absent when the second delivery is made, the parcel will be kept at your local post office so that you can pick it up directly.
Can I collect my order from a post office or collection point?
We offer delivery to your local post office. It's simple. Before finalising the order, just choose the shipping option “collection from post office” and select the most convenient location.
